CUSTOMER SERVICE

Network Funding, LP is built on the following principles:

- Loan pricing is established by Network with each branch based on the margins elected by the branch by loan type to be competitive in their market.
- Network provides traditional mortgage retail services including a commitment to 24 to 48 hour underwriting and 24 hour closings.
- Network underwrites loans on the basis of what is required to sell the loan in the secondary market and provides an open line between branch offices and underwriters to     discuss loan options.
- Network provides competitive fees for services.
- Network treats our branch employees as our customers and operates the company on the basis that we do not exist without our customers.
- Network updates branch accounts when loans are closed or when bills are paid. We pay our bills when they are due.

SUPPORT SERVICE

CORPORATE PROCESSING
- Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse, US Bank and Brokered Loans Products
- Knowledgeable In-house Processors
- Work closely with the Underwriting and Closing Department
- Assist with ensuring mortgage loan files are complete and compliant
- Using Corporate Processing allows Loan Officer and/or Branch Managers to focus on generating new business

PRODUCTION SUPPORT CENTER
- We provide an email support line for all branches
- We issue announcements to all branches with guideline updates for NFLP, Agencies and Investors.
- We offer training to Calyx Point, DU, LP and various vendor services
- We will set up branch employees with access to DU, LP and various vendor websites.

HUMAN RESOURCES
- Receipt and processing of branch application package and approval of branch manager plus any employees of the branch.
- Calculating commission for all loan originators and reporting to branches.
- Processing and management of payroll every other Friday for all branches including withholding and payment of taxes and social security.
- Managing web-based payroll account system for access to and information about direct deposits and W-2 forms
- Managing benefit services for all eligible employees for health insurance, dental insurance and vision insurance
- Managing and administering the 401k program for eligible employees

ACCOUNTING
- Managing all accounting functions for the company and for all branches
- Daily posting of income from fundings of branch loans to the branch P&L account
- Daily payment of expenses for operating costs submitted by branches for payment
- Live updating web-based P&L statement for the branch manager to review 24/7
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and annual audited statement
- Distribution of financial statements to investors, state governments, regulators and other required distribution
- Maintenance of E&O, General Liability insurance and warehouse lines.

SECONDARY MARKETING
- Monitoring and posting live pricing based on current market
- Maintenance of Optimal Blue's web-based loan search and pricing engine
- Receipt, review and acceptance of loan locks from branch offices
- Maintenance and review of hedging practices of hedge company
- Schedule and sale of closed loans to investors
- Assistance and support to branch office for programs, pricing, and guidelines
- Maintenance and review of brokered loan program and policy

POST-CLOSING
- Paying FHA, VA, USDA mortgage insurance/guaranty premiums for loans closed
- Scanning, packaging, and delivery of sold loans to investors
- Managing loan exceptions reports from investors
- Obtaining and delivering final security instrument, title policy, etc to the investor

LICENSING and COMPLIANCE
- Maintenance of state and federal licensing for all branch offices and personnel
- Responsible for company or branch audits by federal or state agencies or investors
- Maintenance of a loan officer licensed in every licensed state to originate a loan for a non-licensed loan officer
- Reporting of ever-changing regulatory requirements to branches

LEGAL DEPARTMENT
- Both in-house counsel and independent counsel to monitor legal issues
- Complete review of all loan document preparation for state or federal compliance
