Network Funding, LP branch offices are administered and serviced through Account Executives. These AEs are not restricted in the geographic locations of branch offices and any AE may open and service offices in any approved location throughout the country.

Network requires that a branch manager has a minimum of three years experience in managing a branch office or five years experience in originating loans. Network does not establish a minimum volume level of production but requires that the manager show the experience of and a business plan for managing production at a level that will generate adequate income to pay the cost of the branch and a reasonable return for the manager and the company. Network also does not require a minimum number of loan originators in the branch. We currently have numerous offices that are individual employees that originate loans.

The Network concept is to provide each manager with an individualized profit center account designated specifically for that office where all income from loans originated is credited to the account and all expenses are charged against the account so that the success of the branch may be determined at any time. The manager has 24/7 web access to this account and may see when income from loans is credited and when and to whom expenses are paid. Expenses paid are those the manager submits to Network for payment or pays direct and receives reimbursement from Network for the payment. In either case, the expense of the branch is Network's expense and is paid regardless of the success of the branch at any time.

Compensation to managers is compliant with federal regulations and is determined by whether the manager produces loans or manages the production of the branch without producing loans.
